This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect from you through our interactions and how we use that data in full compliance with the LGPD (General Data Protection Law) in Brazil and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) in the European Union.

1. Information We Collect

For fansite operations, we only collect data essential for your login and tool functionalities: (a) Your email address provided by Google OAuth when you authenticate; (b) The names of Tibia characters you choose to link and verify on your profile; (c) Financial logs and hunt drops that you actively register in the party profit manager.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: (a) Authenticate and keep your session secure; (b) Link your historical XP characters to your user profile; (c) Compute collaborative hunting financial statistics; (d) Analyze site usage in aggregate through voluntary consent tracking tools (PostHog and Google Analytics) for performance optimization.

3. Data Retention and Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your email data remains confidential. Aggregated profit data may only be displayed in the homepage feed if you explicitly enable this option in your dashboard privacy settings.

4. Your Rights (Access, Portability, and Erasure)

Under LGPD and GDPR, you have full rights over your personal data: (a) Right to Access and Portability: You can export all your personal data stored on our platform in a structured JSON format at any time via the Settings panel; (b) Right to be Forgotten: You can permanently delete your account directly and immediately. This will erase all your data from our database in a secure transaction.
