By registering on TibiaRise via Google social login or utilizing any of our tools (such as XP simulator, loot calculator, and profit manager), you fully accept these terms of use and agree to comply with applicable Brazilian local laws (LGPD) and European privacy regulations.

2. Eligibility and Conduct

You agree to use the site only for lawful and recreational purposes. It is strictly prohibited to attempt to bypass third-party character verification systems, insert false financial data to pollute the public feed, or exploit security vulnerabilities in the monorepo. Violations will result in immediate account suspension.

3. Tibia Intellectual Property

TibiaRise is an alternative and independent fansite. Tibia and CipSoft are registered trademarks of CipSoft GmbH. All Tibia graphics, images, and items displayed on this platform are protected intellectual properties of CipSoft GmbH or their respective owners.

4. Limitation of Liability

The tools and simulators of TibiaRise are provided 'as is', without express or implied warranties of continuous accuracy. We are not responsible for character losses, financial discrepancies in payment splits arranged among players, or any issues arising from calculation errors in the simulator.

5. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms of use periodically. Significant changes will be announced through the site or via an update in the footer. Continuous use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
